About Quantum Investment Properties Asset Management

Established in 2006, QI Properties has developed a strong track record in providing investors with quality discounted residential stock located around the UK. The company has taken pride in providing property buyers exceptional results along with offering excellent customer service to property sellers who are often in very difficult situations both personally and financially. A major part of the QI Properties ethos is to both offer a fair outcome to property sellers allowing them to avoid repossession and stay in their home at a discounted rate of rent. As such the client base on both the buyer and seller side of QI Properties has grown exponentially since 2006 with a continuous level of investment stock now being achieved.

As a result of this success Quantum Investment Properties Asset Management (QIPAM) was formed to offer property investors a variety of schemes aimed at satisfying the differing criteria of each investor. Such schemes include a private equity fund structure which removes the burden of direct ownership and mitigates the problem of having to gain access to finance. This structure also requires a much smaller capital outlay than buying a property direct and is suitable for investment though a number of pension schemes. Alternatively if investors prefer owning property direct QIPAM can build a portfolio on their behalf whilst they retain clean title and full legal ownership. Introducing the Executive Team

	Robert Du Toit Rob is the director and founder of QI Properties and QIPAM. Having developed a personal portfolio with current value of approximately £3 million, Rob has gained expertise in the residential property markets in both South Africa and the UK. Specializing in the development of property channels relating to the acquisition and sale of discounted property, Rob is able to provide valuable advice and consultancy to the property asset management team.
	Tim O’Hanlon Tim is a director of both QI Properties and QIPAM. A successful entrepreneur with experience in all facets of business that spans over 30 years. Tim has an extensive track record in business consulting including 20 years in the Financial Services Sector. Tim has developed and evolved the business strategy of QI Properties and brings a wealth of management skills to QIPAM from an operations, risk, and compliance perspective.
	Edward Stevenson Edward is the Investment Manager for QIPAM and the Fund Manager of the Quantum Residential Recovery Fund. With a background in real estate private equity funds and an MSC in Real Estate Investment and Finance, Edward has successfully developed the commercial foundations of the collective investment scheme under the management of QIPAM. Edward is also a member of the UK society of investment professionals and alongside Tim and Rob will continue to develop the strategy of QIPAM whilst managing the present Fund.
